    What makes a ceramic kamado barbecue superior to a standard grill? ▾

    A ceramic kamado is a charcoal barbecue with a thick ceramic body that retains heat. It can be used for direct grilling, indirect cooking, smoking and pizza baking. Temperature and burn time depend on airflow, fuel, food load and conditions.

    Which kamado size (18, 21, 23 or 27 inch) is best suited for me? ▾

    Can the ceramic kamado stay outdoors all year round in winter? ▾

    Protect the cooled kamado with a correctly sized cover. Keep vents and components clean and dry, and follow the maintenance instructions. Ceramics and metal parts can be damaged by improper use or care.
